Electric Distribution Cooperative Experience (25 Years)
Involved with closing over $3 billion of debt transactions including the largest private placement ever done for an Electric Distribution Cooperative at the time ($550 million), a securitized private placement ($460 million) and many other transactions – ranging in size from $10 million to $400 million
Responsible for loan compliance - covenant calculations and preparation of officer's certificates and communication with lenders and rating agencies
Experience with CoBank, CFC and the private placement market
Oversaw Treasury Management including banking relationships with JP Morgan Chase, CoBank and other banks
Oversaw the commercial insurance program
Helped develop a capital credit retirement program with annual distributions beginning in 2003 which has now distributed over $200 million to members
Developed a daily cash forecasting model
Developed a budgeting system for multiple affiliate companies

As Executive Vice President of a Publicly Traded National Restaurant Chain:
Corporate communications –Wrote Managements Discussion & Analysis for 10Qs and 10Ks and was one of two people authorized to communicate with stockholders.
Marketing - Responsibility for National Marketing Campaign, which included TV, radio, newspaper and outdoor boards across 30 different markets. Interviewed and hired the 3rd largest advertising agency in Dallas. Negotiated with the agent for John Madden for his services to shoot a series of TV commercials.
Became President of a Restaurant Development Subsidiary charged with developing alternate restaurant concepts - opened 3 different start-up concepts.
Treasury Management - Responsible for all cash management functions and banking relationships including pension investment and all corporate bank accounts including 100 field banks.
Other Consulting Experience:
Real Estate Development - provided budget and comparison to actual for a $25 million multi-use real estate development in Lubbock Texas.
Acted as advisor to the Board for two restaurant start-up companies.
